Responsibilities:
  1. Make professional skillful presentations to targeted doctors in the assigned territory, ensuring adequate knowledge of products and their competition.
  2. Prepare and maintain contact records of doctors/chemists.
  3. Develop weekly and monthly call plans and submit for approval.
  4. Submit call reports to the HR Manager as per schedule.
  5. Call on practicing physicians, hospitals, and health-related organizations within the territory.
  6. Use selling skills to present Pfizer products to doctors, aiming to increase prescriptions.
  7. Report calls made to doctors and chemists to the Health Representative Manager.
  8. Follow the approved tour program and make scheduled calls.
  9. Arrange Product Group Meetings to discuss products and update knowledge on competitors.
  10. Gather and report information on competitors' promotional activities.
  11. Provide feedback on promotional activities to management.
  12. Coordinate with distributors to ensure product stock availability.
  13. Follow plans to increase prescription flow and report findings periodically.
  14. Forward technical queries from doctors to the Medical Division, keeping the manager informed.
  15. Maintain proper dressing, records, detailing kits, and vehicle; submit expenses and leave plans timely.
  16. Report competitive activities observed in the area.
Qualifications:

Science graduate, preferably with Pharmacy education.

Experience:

1-2 years in Pharmaceutical Sales, preferably Anti-Infectives.
