Program Coordinator

Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan Special Olympics Pakistan (SOP) Full time

We are looking for a passionate and motivated Program Coordinator to manage the Young Athletes Program in our Punjab Region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in education, early childhood development, or community programming, with a commitment to inclusion and child development.

Location: Lahore

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and implement Young Athletes activities and events across the Punjab Region.
  • Build good relations with partnered schools, special education centers, therapists, and parents.
  • Train coaches, teachers, and volunteers on the Young Athletes curriculum by conducting workshops.
  • Monitor and report on program progress and impact.
  • Ensure program compliance with SOP and Special Olympics International standards.
  • Plan outreach campaigns to expand the program's reach and impact.
  • Assist Young Athletes Transitional and other Sports Camps.
  • Support Financial Reporting of Young Athletes Program.
  • Administer program procurement and logistics across the region.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Special Education, Psychology, Social Sciences, or related field.
  • 1 - 2 years of relevant experience in program coordination, child development, or inclusive education.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Passion for working with children with intellectual disabilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office, basic data reporting and presentation skills are a plus.
  • Willingness to travel within Lahore and nearby regions.
