We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Associate Director.

In this role, you will:

  1. Coordinate workstreams and manage inter-dependencies, risks, and issues on behalf of the Programme Manager to deliver change and realize benefits.
  2. Progress requirements and manage backlogs effectively.
  3. Plan and design projects, monitor progress, resolve issues, and initiate corrective actions.
  4. Define governance arrangements for projects.
  5. Ensure quality assurance and maintain the integrity of projects, aligning with infrastructure planning, interfaces, and standards.
  6. Manage third-party contributions to projects.
  7. Communicate effectively with stakeholders within the program and wider business functions.
  8. Manage dependencies and interfaces between projects.
  9. Identify and mitigate risks to project success.
  10. Work with the business change manager on transitioning to new business as usual.
  11. Initiate additional activities or interventions when gaps or issues are identified.
  12. Resolve basic technical queries from ITSO & Delegates.
