Experience: 1-3 years

Salary Range: Rs 60,000 - Rs 70,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Service:

- Greet and assist customers

- Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction

2. Service Request Management:

- Manage service requests and ensure timely completion

- Coordinate with technicians to resolve customer issues

3. Product Knowledge:

- Stay up-to-date with Apple products and services

- Provide product information and recommendations to customers

4. Issue Resolution:

- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues

- Escalate complex issues to senior technicians or management

5. Data Entry and Record Keeping:

- Accurately update customer information and service records

- Maintain organized and up-to-date records

Requirements:

1. 1-3 years of experience in customer service or a related field

2. Strong knowledge of Apple products and services

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively

5. Basic knowledge of computer systems and software
