The role of a Customer Support Specialist within the Operations department requires individuals to provide solutions to technical problems and resolve customer claims. Key responsibilities include guiding customers through the claim filing process, maintaining high levels of service quality, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:- Claim Filing Assistance: Assist customers with the claim filing process, including approving and denying claims via phone call.
- Customer Service Excellence: Maintain the highest level of service quality through friendly, efficient, and attentive customer interactions.
- Technical Troubleshooting: Perform successful troubleshooting on customers' products and provide accurate and efficient resolutions.
- Communication Skills: Explain complex technical concepts in a simple and easy-to-understand manner to provide effective troubleshooting assistance.
- O Levels/Matric or Above: A minimum education requirement of O Levels/Matric or above is necessary.
- Accent Requirements: Possess an American or neutral accent.
- MS Office Proficiency: Be proficient in MS Office, particularly MS Excel and MS Word.
