Role Description

Lokal is seeking an experienced and dynamic Resident Manager for our Flagship facility in Karachi. The Resident Manager will be responsible for the overall operation, financial performance, guest experience, and business growth of the facility.

This role requires a strong leader who can drive operational efficiency, ensure exceptional

service, and spearhead sales and marketing initiatives to position Lokal as a top-tier

hospitality brand in Pakistan

Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial & Business Performance

• Oversee the P&L, budgeting, and financial forecasting for the facility.

• Drive revenue growth through room occupancy, food & beverage sales, and event bookings.

• Optimize cost management while maintaining quality standards.

• Implement data-driven strategies to improve RevPAR, ADR, and EBITDA.

2. Sales, Marketing & Business Development

• Develop and execute a sales strategy to attract corporate clients, long-term guests, and event bookings.

• Build partnerships with local businesses, travel agencies, and influencers to enhance visibility.

• Work closely with the marketing team to drive brand awareness and online presence.

• Oversee the direct booking strategy, ensuring a strong online presence on OTAs and Lokal's website.

3. Operations & Guest Experience

• Ensure seamless day-to-day operations across all departments.

• Maintain high-quality service standards for rooms, café, and events.

• Implement guest feedback mechanisms to enhance customer experience and increase ratings.

• Oversee facility maintenance and compliance with health and safety regulations.

• Recruit, train, and manage staff across front desk, housekeeping, F&B, and events.

• Establish KPIs and performance review systems for all employees.

• Foster a culture of hospitality, service excellence, and teamwork.

• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company HR policies.

5. Property & Facility Management

• Ensure the facility is well-maintained, with regular inspections and preventive maintenance plans.

• Manage vendor relationships for supplies, repairs, and operational needs.

Key Qualifications & Skills:

• 3+ years of experience in hospitality management, preferably in hotels, serviced apartments, or premium hospitality brands.

• Strong financial acumen with experience in P&L management.

• Proven ability to drive sales and marketing efforts in the hospitality sector.

• Experience in operations management, team leadership, and service quality enhancement.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lead a diverse team effectively.

• Strong understanding of property management systems (PMS), OTAs, and revenue management.

• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
