We are looking for both fresh and experienced Real Estate Sales Officers to join our team. As a Real Estate Sales Officer, you will be responsible for promoting and selling real estate properties to prospective clients. We are looking for 5 male and 5 female candidates. Experience in high net worth high rise projects will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities:

  1. Promote and market real estate properties to potential clients.
  2. Build and maintain relationships with clients, real estate agents, and other professionals in the industry.
  3. Conduct property viewings with potential clients and provide them with all the necessary information.
  4. Negotiate and close deals with clients.
  5. Advise clients on market conditions, prices, legal requirements, and related matters.
  6. Develop a deep understanding of the real estate market and stay up-to-date with trends and developments.
  7. Provide excellent customer service and address any concerns or issues that arise.
  8. Meet sales targets and objectives.
  9. Prepare sales contracts and other documentation required for closing deals.
  10. Participate in real estate conferences, networking events, and other industry-related events.

Requirements for Freshers:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate or a related field.
  2. Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  3. The candidates must have their own conveyance.
  4. Strong customer service skills.
  5. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
  6. Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
  7. Computer literate with experience using Microsoft Office.

Requirements for Experienced Candidates:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate or a related field.
  2. Proven work experience as a Real Estate Sales Officer, Real Estate Agent or similar role.
  3. The candidates must have their own conveyance.
  4. Strong knowledge of the real estate industry and market trends.
  5. Experience in high net worth high rise projects (preferred).
  6. Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  7. Strong customer service skills.
  8. Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
  9. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
  10. Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
  11. Computer literate with experience using Microsoft Office.
