We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow ITOM Specialist to join our team. The role involves implementing, configuring, and optimizing the IT Operations Management suite on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with ITOM modules such as Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and CMDB.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Implement and configure ServiceNow ITOM modules (Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, Cloud Management, etc.).
  2. Maintain and optimize the CMDB to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
  3. Integrate ITOM with third-party monitoring tools and data sources.
  4. Develop automation and orchestration workflows to enhance IT operations.
  5. Collaborate with stakeholders across IT and business teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
  6. Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing support for ITOM modules.
Required Skills & Experience:
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITOM.
  • Strong understanding of ITIL and ITSM/ITOM processes.
  • Experience with MID Servers, probes/sensors, and patterns.
  • Hands-on knowledge of scripting (JavaScript) within ServiceNow.
  • Familiarity with infrastructure components (servers, networking, cloud platforms).
  • ServiceNow certifications (e.g., CSA, CIS-ITOM) are a strong plus.
