ServiceNow ITOM Specialist

Our organization is seeking a skilled ServiceNow IT Operations Management specialist to fill this key position. The selected candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and optimizing the IT operations management suite on the ServiceNow platform.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Implement and configure various ServiceNow ITOM modules such as Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and Cloud Management.
  2. Maintain and optimize the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
  3. Integrate ITOM with third-party monitoring tools and data sources.
  4. Develop automation and orchestration workflows to enhance IT operations.
  5. Collaborate with stakeholders across IT and business teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
  6. Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing support for ITOM modules.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITOM.
  • Strong understanding of ITIL and ITSM/ITOM processes.
  • Experience with MID Servers, probes/sensors, and patterns.
  • Hands-on knowledge of scripting within ServiceNow.
  • Familiarity with infrastructure components such as servers, networking, and cloud platforms.
  • ServiceNow certifications are highly valued.
