Talent Acquisition Specialist @ Lahore University of Management Sciences | MBA, Human Resources

Position Purpose:

The incumbent will be required to produce all kinds of videography for the University and marketing needs, delivering high-quality recordings for LUMS events. Create engaging video insertions for promotional content, seamlessly integrating them into online and offline platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Write, develop, edit, and publish content and copy for a variety of LUMS digital platforms, including websites, blogs, videos, email marketing campaigns, advertising campaigns, social media posts, and infographics.
• Create messaging, marketing materials, and various forms of digital online copy for LUMS Admission, and non-admission campaigns directed towards building brand awareness.
• Follow brand guidelines to ensure digital messaging is consistent with LUMS guidelines/value/mission.
• Work closely with the digital marketing team to produce content that generates results.
• Monitor and present analytics with relevant data, trends, successes, exceptions etc.
• Use web etiquette to ensure the right message is delivered through the right channels.
• Work closely with the offline marketing and online marketing team as well as the IT/web team to ensure cohesive delivery of activities across platforms aligned to strategic objectives.

Knowledge & Skills

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Being mindful of things like flow, readability, and sentence variety.
• Sound understanding of digital buying, campaign budgeting and platform utilization.
• The ability to cooperate with other writers and editors to complete projects.
• The ability to give feedback on writing projects.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, social media platforms, and managing content for digital channels.

Qualifications and Experience

• Master's degree in Marketing or related field from an accredited university.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in producing digital content, preferably witin a digital agency.
