About the Role:
Logix Solutions is hiring an experiencedQuantity Surveyoron behalf of one of our esteemed clients. If you have a strong background in both building and infrastructure projects and are passionate about cost control, contracts, and quality delivery, we'd love to hear from you

Key Responsibilities:

1. Prepare and manage detailed cost estimates and project budget

2. Administer contracts, variations, interim valuations, and final accounts

3. Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and project stakeholders to ensure compliance and cost efficiency

4. Conduct site visits and accurately measure and value completed work

5. Provide commercial advice and support throughout the entire project lifecycle

Requirements:

1. Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline

2. Minimum 2 years of experience in both building and infrastructure sectors

3. Sound knowledge of standard contract forms (e.g., FIDIC, NEC, JCT)

4. Proficiency in cost management tools such as CostX, Cubit, or Microsoft Excel

5. Strong communication, negotiation, and reporting skills
