As the Chief of Staff to the CEO, you will play a pivotal role in driving execution, ensuring alignment, and amplifying strategic impact across the organization. This high-trust, high-influence role is ideal for a detail-oriented operator who thrives on structure, consistency, and disciplined follow-through—ensuring that the CEO's priorities are translated into meaningful outcomes across the business.

This role is a force multiplier for the CEO and the broader executive team—turning strategy into action and ambiguity into order.

1. Project Management & Strategic Follow-Through

  • Track and drive progress of key CEO-led strategic initiatives across departments.
  • Identify roadblocks, surface issues early, and work with stakeholders to ensure swift resolution
  • Coordinate with internal teams to assign tasks, monitor deadlines, and align with project milestones.
  • Lead rigorous follow-ups and status updates to ensure timely delivery of critical objectives.
  • Synthesize reports, metrics, and dashboards to provide the CEO with actionable insights for decision-making.
  • Take strong ownership of follow-up, status tracking, and ensuring accountability across recurring workflows.

2. CEO Office Management & Operations

  • Manage daily operations of the Office of the CEO, ensuring clarity, efficiency, and discretion at all times.
  • Serve as a central point of coordination between the CEO and leadership teams, managing workflows and priorities.
  • Own special projects and internal initiatives that require cross-functional alignment and execution excellence.
  • Represent the CEO's office in key internal and external forums when needed.
  • Ensure routine processes and communications are documented, consistent, and optimized.

3. Executive Support & Strategic Partnership

  • Operate as a thought partner to the CEO—preparing for key meetings, framing strategic discussions, and driving alignment across the executive leadership team.
  • Ensure the CEO's time is leveraged on the highest-impact areas by filtering, prioritizing, and managing requests.
  • Prepare briefing materials, presentations, and strategic documents with high-quality insight and clarity.
  • Work closely with senior leaders to ensure the CEO's vision and directives are clearly communicated and followed through with precision.

What We're Looking For

  • 2–4 years of experience in strategy, operations, consulting, or program management.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
  • High attention to detail with a strong bias for structure, consistency, and disciplined follow-through.
  • Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—with a knack for clarity and executive-level storytelling.
  • A structured executor with emotional intelligence, discretion, and a bias for clarity.
  • You enjoy structured environments, are energized by follow-through and consistency, and take pride in bringing order to complexity.
  • You value discipline, process, and reliability over constant change.
  • No task is too small when it contributes to the larger goal.
