Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Lead Generation Specialist to join our team at Code Nest Technologies. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and nurturing new business opportunities, executing lead generation campaigns, communicating effectively with prospects, and supporting sales efforts. This is a full-time, remote position that requires a proactive, results-driven individual with a passion for business development.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Conduct comprehensive lead generation activities to identify and engage potential clients.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects through effective communication and personalized outreach.
  3. Research and analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities and strategic prospects.
  4. Assist in creating and executing targeted sales strategies to drive business growth.
  5. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment on lead generation efforts.
  6. Monitor and report on lead generation metrics to assess campaign effectiveness.

Qualifications

  1. Proven ability to generate new leads and identify key business opportunities.
  2. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decisions.
  3. Excellent research and analytical abilities to understand market trends and potential client needs.
  4. Prior experience in lead generation or sales is an advantage.
  5. Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently in a remote setting.
  6. Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
  7. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
