The Difference You Will Make: As Business Development Manager, you will be the architect of CRUSTEEZ's strategic franchise expansion. You will spearhead the identification and cultivation of high-potential B2B partnerships, empowering future franchisees with the essential tools and resources for success. Your deep expertise in market analysis, astute deal negotiation, and exceptional relationship management will directly fuel measurable network growth and significant revenue generation. More than just selling franchises, you will be instrumental in building a lasting legacy of thriving CRUSTEEZ business owners.
A Typical Day:
Strategic Franchise Development & Sales:
- Spearhead proactive identification and qualification of high-potential franchise partners through rigorous market analysis and effective lead generation strategies.
- Develop and execute strategic franchise expansion plans in key target markets, consistently exceeding aggressive growth targets.
- Deliver compelling franchise presentations and discovery sessions, effectively communicating the brand's strong value proposition.
- Successfully negotiate and finalize franchise agreements, ensuring a smooth and efficient onboarding process for new partners.
- Proactively generate and qualify new B2B sales leads, building and maintaining a robust and high-potential sales pipeline.
- Conduct persuasive product/service presentations and demonstrations, effectively showcasing value to potential B2B clients.
- Develop and deliver winning proposals and quotations, skillfully negotiating and closing high-value B2B sales contracts.
- Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers within client organizations, fostering loyalty and repeat business.
- Provide expert guidance and comprehensive support throughout the entire franchise lifecycle, from application to successful launch.
- Actively manage and analyze franchise P&L accounts, identifying critical areas for optimization and driving sustainable growth.
- Offer strategic financial guidance to franchisees, empowering them to maximize profitability and ensure adherence to financial regulations.
- Foster strong and collaborative relationships with franchisees, providing ongoing mentorship and ensuring consistent operational excellence across the network.
Market Analysis & Strategic Planning:
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging trends, untapped opportunities, and the competitive landscape.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans encompassing both franchise and B2B channels, consistently achieving and surpassing revenue targets.
- Provide valuable market and client feedback to the product/service development team, contributing to continuous improvement and innovation.
Your Expertise:
- Exceptional self-motivation and a strong drive to achieve challenging goals.
- Bachelor's degree in management sciences, Accounting & Finance, Business Administration, ACCA, or CA (Master's preferred).
- Proven experience in franchise development, sales, or business development within the QSR industry (or a related field).
- A deep understanding of franchise operations, financial management, and sales principles.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- A proven track record of managing financial performance.
- The ability to travel frequently.
- Based in Islamabad.
