Responsibilities:- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve top performance.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Collaborate with other teams and departments to drive business growth.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to adjust strategies accordingly.
- Prepare regular sales forecasts and reports, presenting them to senior management.
- Oversee the daily operations of the branch, ensuring compliance with bank policies and procedures.
- Meet goals and metrics and report on them regularly to senior management.
- Address customer and employee satisfaction issues promptly.
- Network to improve the presence and reputation of the branch and company.
- Stay abreast of competing markets and provide reports on market movement and penetration.
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or Branch Manager, preferably in Skilled / Business Immigration Industry.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage teams.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Solid understanding of sales performance metrics.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
