You will perform detailed finance work, transactions, and data structuring under the guidance of the Finance Manager. You will collect data, maintain information integrity, monitor reconciliations, and conduct basic checks and controls.

How You Will Contribute

  • Execute aspects of finance planning and performance management processes, including annual contract planning/forecasting, target development, financial reporting/analysis, financial modeling, and decision support within a specific scope (region, business unit, country, supply chain, or corporate finance). You will also perform data collection and integrity checks.
  • Contribute to a strong controls and compliance environment, ensuring full adherence to policies.
  • Execute ad hoc analyses and projects as requested by senior management.
  • Support initiatives to improve efficiencies and ways of working, embracing continuous improvement.
  • Contribute to a high-performing finance team and invest in personal and peer development.

More About This Role

As an MSC Finance Analyst, you will support cost efficiencies, operational excellence, and strategic decision-making, working with supply chain, COE, and HQ teams. Responsibilities include governance, reporting, BOM analysis, data analytics, and strengthening internal controls.

What We Are Looking For

  • Degree in Finance or Accountancy; CA/CMA preferred.
  • 5+ years of finance and accounting experience in an ERP environment (SAP), with at least 3 years in manufacturing or supply chain finance, preferably in FMCG.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
