Job Title: Customer Service Representative (Sales)

Location: DHA Phase 6, Lahore
Shift: Night | 7:30 PM – 4:30 AM (Mon–Fri)
About the RoleFairways Logistics is hiring sales-driven Customer Service Representatives to handle US/Canada clients. You'll manage calls, resolve issues, promote logistics services, and convert leads into long-term customers. This in-office night role requires excellent English communication, strong sales skills, and the ability to thrive under pressure.
Responsibilities- Handle inbound/outbound calls professionally.
- Understand client needs, upsell, and close deals.
- Meet sales KPIs and maintain CRM records.
- Resolve issues with empathy and coordinate with teams.
- Stay updated on services and industry trends.
- Experience in customer service/telesales (logistics/BPO preferred).
- Fluent English (spoken & written).
- Confident, persuasive, and target-oriented.
- Must work full-time night shift in-office.
- Competitive salary + performance incentives.

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
