We are seeking an experiencedDigital Marketing Managerto lead and oversee all digital marketing activities, with a focus on managing and optimizing SEO, SMM, Content Writing, Lead Generation, Email Marketing, Video Animation, Graphic Design, and Data Analysis teams. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing digital marketing strategies to drive online visibility, engagement, and revenue for the organization.

This is a senior-level position requiring strong leadership, exceptional communication skills, and a solid understanding of the latest digital marketing trends. The Digital Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in the growth and expansion of our digital presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute integrated digital marketing strategiesacross SEO, SMM, Content Writing, Email Marketing, Lead Generation, and more to increase brand visibility and engagement.
  • Align digital marketing strategies with company goals, driving revenue and customer acquisition.
  • Regularly analyze digital trends and competitor strategies to refine marketing initiatives.
  • Lead and mentor cross-functional teams: SEO, Social Media Marketing (SMM), Video Animation, Content Writers, Lead Generation, Email Marketing, Graphic Designers, and Data Analysts.
  • Ensure collaboration and efficiency among teams to meet overall digital marketing objectives.
  • Foster a culture of creativity, innovation, and data-driven decision-making across all teams.
  • Provide training and career development for junior team members.

3. Performance Monitoring & Reporting

  • Use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot) to track campaign performance, measure ROI, and make data-backed decisions.
  • Produce regular performance reports on key metrics (traffic, leads, conversions, engagement) for senior management.
  • Monitor digital marketing budgets and ensure resources are allocated efficiently to meet campaign goals.

4. Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

  • Oversee the SEO strategy to drive organic search traffic and improve search engine rankings.
  • Collaborate with SEO specialists to ensure on-page and off-page SEO is optimized for all digital platforms.
  • Analyze website and campaign performance to implement continuous improvements and resolve SEO-related issues.

5. Social Media Marketing (SMM)

  • Lead the SMM team to develop and implement social media strategies across platforms like Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok.
  • Track social media performance metrics and adjust strategies to boost engagement and brand awareness.
  • Supervise the lead generation team to develop and optimize effective lead generation strategies and campaigns.
  • Oversee email marketing efforts to nurture leads and drive conversions.
  • Optimize email campaigns through A/B testing and segmentation to improve open rates, CTR, and overall conversions.
  • Collaborate with content writers to create high-quality, SEO-friendly content across blogs, articles, landing pages, and other digital assets.
  • Ensure all content aligns with brand messaging and is tailored for the target audience.
  • Supervise video animation projects to support content efforts and enhance user engagement.

8. Graphic Design Oversight

  • Collaborate with the design team to create engaging visual content, including infographics, ads, social media posts, and website assets.
  • Ensure all visual content maintains brand consistency and effectively communicates the intended message.

9. Data Analysis & Optimization

  • Work closely with the data analytics team to track KPIs, user behavior, and campaign performance.
  • Use insights to continually refine marketing strategies and improve overall digital marketing performance.
  • Work closely with other departments such as Sales, Product Development, and Customer Service to ensure marketing efforts align with overall company goals.
  • Ensure alignment of messaging and branding across all customer touchpoints.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience:Minimum 7+ years of experience in digital marketing, IT, or e-commerce, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
  • Leadership:Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing and mentoring cross-functional teams.
  • Digital Marketing Expertise:
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms (SEO, SMM, Email Marketing, Lead Generation, Analytics).
  • Hands-on experience with digital advertising (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
  • Expertise in optimizing websites and landing pages for conversion and user experience.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Proficient in Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot, Moz, and other industry-leading tools.
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems (Salesforce, Mailchimp, Marketo, etc.).
  • Creative & Analytical Thinking:Ability to balance creative and analytical tasks, developing compelling campaigns based on data insights.
  • Project Management:Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Communication:Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly to senior management and external stakeholders.
  • Data-Driven Mindset:Ability to interpret data and analytics to optimize campaigns and demonstrate ROI.
  • Bachelor's degreein Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in B2B and B2C marketing.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques.
  • Advanced knowledge of video marketing strategies and tools.
  • Strong knowledge of marketing trends, tools, and technologies.
