ROOTS RCM LLC is a medical billing and credentialing services provider dedicated to empowering healthcare providers with reliable, accurate, and innovative RCM solutions. Our services help practices maximize revenue, reduce denials, and maintain full compliance. As we scale, we are seeking a dynamic Sales Team Lead to drive business growth and lead a high-performing sales team.

Job Summary

The Sales Executive Lead will be responsible for leading end-to-end sales efforts, with a strong emphasis on lead generation and pipeline development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in targeted healthcare sectors, including physician groups, clinics, and specialty practices.
  • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline by ensuring a continuous flow of qualified leads.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and healthcare regulations to keep ROOTS RCM competitive and relevant.
  • Represent the company at industry events, client meetings, and online forums.
  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
  • Provide feedback from clients and the market to improve service offerings.
  • Negotiate and close deals, and handle complaints or objections.
  • Maintain a strong sales pipeline through prospecting and lead generation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 1–2 years of experience in sales with demonstrated success in managing a sales pipeline.
  • Strong experience in lead generation and business development.
  • Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
  • Deep understanding of U.S. healthcare workflows, medical billing, and credentialing services.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a results-oriented mindset.

Job Details

  • Location: Onsite in Rawalpindi, Punjab, Pakistan.
  • Shift Timings: 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM (Monday-Friday).
