Production Engineer For Wood And Joinery Works - Saudi Arabia

As a Production Engineer for Wood and Joinery Works, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and optimizing the manufacturing process of wood products, including furniture, cabinetry, and other joinery items. You will be responsible for ensuring efficient production operations, meeting quality standards, and implementing process improvements. Your expertise in woodworking techniques, machinery, and materials will be essential in driving productivity, cost-effectiveness, and overall operational excellence.

Job Specification

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Wood Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in wood and joinery production, preferably in a supervisory or engineering role.
- Strong knowledge of woodworking techniques, joinery methods, and furniture manufacturing processes.
- Familiarity with woodworking machinery, tools, and equipment, and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
- Proficiency in CAD/CAM software and other relevant design and production tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to process improvement.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Understanding of health and safety regulations in a manufacturing environment.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality products.
- Driver's License.
