We are looking for a Treasury Officer to join our treasury team. The officer will assist in managing daily cash operations, banking transactions, and treasury reporting. This role provides an excellent opportunity to develop expertise in treasury functions, financial risk management, and banking operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Cash & Liquidity Management
    • Assist in monitoring daily cash flow and bank balances to ensure liquidity
    • Support in preparing cash flow forecasts and liquidity reports
  2. Banking & Payment Operations
    • Process fund transfers, payments, and reconciliations as per company policies
    • Assist in managing bank accounts and relationships with financial institutions
  3. Foreign Exchange (FX) & Risk Management
    • Support foreign exchange (FX) transactions and help track currency movements
    • Maintain records of FX rates, contracts, and hedging activities
  4. Treasury & Financial Reporting
    • Assist in preparing treasury reports, financial summaries, and variance analysis
    • Ensure accurate record-keeping of transactions and documentation
  5. Compliance & Internal Controls
    • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal treasury policies
    • Assist in treasury-related reporting to senior management
  6. System & Process Improvement
    • Support automation and improvements in treasury processes and reporting tools
    • Work with finance teams to enhance treasury management systems (TMS)

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
  2. Experience: 0–2 years in treasury, finance, or banking (internship experience is a plus)
  3. Basic understanding of cash management, FX transactions, and financial reporting
  4. Proficiency in MS Excel, financial software, and banking platforms
  5. Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
