Financial Management Role

We are seeking a highly skilled individual to manage daily cash operations, banking transactions, and financial reporting.

About the Job:

This role plays a crucial part in maintaining liquidity, preparing cash flow forecasts, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Cash & Liquidity Management
  • Maintain Daily Cash Flow: Assist in monitoring daily cash flow and bank balances to ensure sufficient liquidity.
  • Prepare Cash Flow Forecasts: Support in preparing cash flow forecasts and liquidity reports.
Banking & Payment Operations
  • Process Fund Transfers: Process fund transfers, payments, and reconciliations as per company policies.
  • Manage Bank Accounts: Assist in managing bank accounts and relationships with financial institutions.
Foreign Exchange (FX) & Risk Management
  • Support FX Transactions: Support foreign exchange (FX) transactions and help track currency movements.
  • Hedge Currency Exposure: Maintain records of FX rates, contracts, and hedging activities.
Treasury & Financial Reporting
  • Prepare Treasury Reports: Assist in preparing treasury reports, financial summaries, and variance analysis.
  • Audit Transactions: Ensure accurate record-keeping of transactions and documentation.
Compliance & Internal Controls
  • Ensure Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal treasury policies.
  • Report to Senior Management: Assist in treasury-related reporting to senior management.
System & Process Improvement
  • Automate Treasury Processes: Support automation and improvements in treasury processes and reporting tools.
  • Enhance TMS: Work with finance teams to enhance treasury management systems (TMS).
Requirements:
  1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  2. Experience: 0–2 years in treasury, finance, or banking (internship experience is a plus).
  3. Skills: Basic understanding of cash management, FX transactions, and financial reporting.
  4. Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel, financial software, and banking platforms.
  5. Soft Skills: Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
