Job Description

We're looking for a Creative Lead to take charge of Snugg Baby's visual direction and storytelling. This role involves leading the creative process from concept to execution across packaging, digital campaigns, social media, and more. You'll guide the brand's visual identity, collaborate across teams, and elevate how Snugg Baby is seen and felt by customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and evolve the brand's visual identity across all platforms
  • Design and direct creative assets for packaging, campaigns, website, and marketing
  • Lead creative development for product launches, photoshoots, and digital content
  • Guide and mentor a small team of designers and content creators
  • Maintain brand consistency and oversee the implementation of design guidelines
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align creative with strategy
  • Stay informed on design trends, competitive landscape, and audience behavior

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in design, branding, or creative direction
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools
  • A strong portfolio showing multi-channel brand and visual work
  • Excellent understanding of layout, typography, and storytelling
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills
  • Bonus: Experience in consumer brands, lifestyle products, or baby care
  • Bonus: Familiarity with social and e-commerce design formats
