We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Junior Business Developer to join our team. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and contributing to the overall growth of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in identifying potential clients, partners, and market opportunities through research and networking.

Support senior business development staff in outreach, sales pitches, and follow-ups.

Prepare presentations, reports, and proposals under guidance.

Participate in client meetings (virtual or on-site) and document discussions and action items.

Maintain CRM databases and track communication with leads and clients.

Coordinate with internal departments (marketing, operations, product teams) to support client needs.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and suggest strategic improvements.

Represent the company professionally in various events and industry platforms.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Strong interpersonal and presentation abilities.

Basic understanding of business operations and sales concepts.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Familiarity with digital tools such as email marketing software, CRM, or basic data tools is a plus.
