Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst or similar role
  • Strong understanding of CRM processes, data modeling, and reporting
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, Experience Cloud, Lightning Experience, and other Salesforce products
  • Proficiency in creating business documentation (BRD, FRD, user stories, use cases)
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication skills to engage with both business and technical stakeholders
Key Responsibilities:
  • Requirement Gathering & Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify pain points and gather requirements for Salesforce solutions
  • Process Mapping & Optimization: Analyze and improve existing business processes using Salesforce automation tools
  • Stakeholder Communication: Serve as a bridge between business and technical teams
  • Salesforce Configuration: Assist in configuring Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, and reports
  • Data Management & Migration: Lead data migration efforts, ensuring data integrity
  • Integration Support: Work with development teams to integrate Salesforce with third-party applications
  • Training & Documentation: Create user stories, process flows, and conduct training workshops
  • Testing & UAT Support: Support system testing and deployment
