Qualifications:

  1. MSC Computer Science. MSCE, MCP, CCNA certifications will be preferred.
  2. Windows and Linux server OS knowledge is a MUST.

Responsibilities:

  1. System administration (setups/patching/troubleshooting).
  2. Server rebuilds, experience with Windows Server 2008, 2012, 2016, 2019.
  3. Working knowledge of Azure, AWS, and Century Link Cloud.
  4. Networking knowledge of Express Routes used by Azure and Direct Connect by AWS.
  5. Develop and implement BCP and backup planning.
  6. Excellent Group policy, DFS, AD, DNS, DHCP knowledge is a MUST.
  7. Excellent knowledge of O365 administration.
  8. Exchange administration knowledge is required.
  9. O365 and IaaS migration experience is required.
  10. IIS 6.0, 7.0, 8.0 and SharePoint experience required.
  11. SQL Server 2003, 2008, 2012, 2016, 2019 experience is required.
  12. Server and network administration.
  13. Active participation in outage restoration and Root Cause Analysis.
  14. Consistent support of resolving complex and new technology issues.
  15. On-call to provide troubleshooting, maintenance, deployments, break fixes, 24 X 7 X 365.
  16. Assist in problem management, release management.
  17. Change management experience is a MUST.
  18. SLA management for system, BCP, security, and restoration.
  19. Infrastructure consolidation and automation.
  20. Implement and maintain the monitoring plans.
