Job Requirements:

Graduate. 1-2 years of bank teller relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process customer deposits, withdrawals, fund transfers, and payments accurately.
  • Maintain cash drawer limits and reconcile cash balances daily.
  • Handle foreign currency exchange (if applicable).
  • Ensure compliance with bank policies, procedures, and KYC/AML guidelines.
  • Provide customers with product/service information and guide them to the appropriate department when needed.
  • Identify and escalate any suspicious transactions.
  • Maintain confidentiality and a high level of customer service at all times.
