  • About the Role:
  • As a Bank Teller, you will be responsible for processing customer transactions, maintaining cash drawer limits, and reconciling daily balances.
  • You will also handle foreign currency exchange, ensure compliance with bank policies and procedures, and provide customers with product information and guidance.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Process customer deposits, withdrawals, fund transfers, and payments accurately.
  • Maintain cash drawer limits and reconcile cash balances daily.
  • Handle foreign currency exchange (if applicable).
  • Ensure compliance with bank policies, procedures, and KYC/AML guidelines.
  • Provide customers with product/service information and guide them to the appropriate department when needed.
  • Identify and escalate any suspicious transactions.
  • Maintain confidentiality and a high level of customer service at all times.

About You:

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A graduate degree.
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in banking or a related field.
