
Business Development Executive – Medical Billing

Crypthon Technologies is hiring a proactive and target-driven Business Development Executive to expand our presence in the medical billing and healthcare services sector. If you have a strong grasp of the U.S. healthcare system and a proven track record in B2B sales or client acquisition, this is your opportunity to thrive in a high-demand industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach potential clients (clinics, private practices, healthcare organizations)
- Conduct market research to track industry trends and client needs
- Generate qualified leads through outbound calls, emails, events, and digital outreach
- Present and promote our end-to-end medical billing services to prospects
- Collaborate with billing, coding, and RCM teams to ensure aligned communication
- Maintain and update lead/sales pipeline using CRM platforms
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition
- Solid understanding of RCM, CPT/ICD-10 coding, and insurance claims
- Experience with tools such as Kareo, AdvancedMD, Athenahealth, and DrChrono
- Proficiency in CRM systems like HubSpot or Zoho CRM
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
