Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive located in Lahore. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities, managing leads, developing strong client relationships, and overseeing account management. Daily tasks will include conducting market research, networking, and creating proposals to secure new business. The role requires collaboration with various teams to ensure client needs are met effectively.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
  • 4–5 years of experience in business development, preferably in the US healthcare industry (e.g., medical billing, revenue cycle management, telehealth, etc.)
  • Proven expertise in cold calling, email marketing, and live chat handling
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and persuasion skills
  • Comfortable working night shifts aligned with US time zones
  • Tech-savvy with experience using CRM platforms
  • Self‑starter with a results‑driven mindset
