We're Seeking a Communications Trainer for ILA

Role Type: Full-Time, Onsite

Hours: 12 PM - 9 PM (9 hours)

Your Mission: Igniting Confidence & Crafting Careers

As our Communications Trainer, you won't just teach, you'll transform. You'll be the guiding force helping individuals fine-tune their communication, build unshakable confidence, and develop that winning personal flair needed to absolutely shine in job interviews and their professional lives.

Job Description:

  • Design and deliver dynamic training sessions and personalized coaching.
  • Guide one-on-one and group glow-up sessions focused on personality and professional presence.
  • Identify unique strengths and areas for growth, then craft custom plans to help everyone reach their full potential.
  • Work hand-in-hand with our hiring teams to ensure our training perfectly matches industry needs.
  • Inspire and empower job seekers every step of their journey, cheering them on to success.

Who We're Looking For:

  • We're searching for someone who brings both skill and heart to the table.
  • You're a university graduate (a Bachelor's degree is a must-have, no cap).
  • You have an excellent command of spoken English – clear, confident, and captivating.
  • You're genuinely enthusiastic about career coaching, personal development, and mentoring others.
  • Previous training experience is great, but your passion and potential are what truly count
