Job Title: Communications Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Communications Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive training programs designed to improve verbal English communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and facilitate engaging classroom activities, role-plays, discussions, and group exercises that promote active participation and practical application of learned skills.
  • Effectively deliver pre-designed course material, adapting delivery methods to suit diverse learning styles and ensure maximum comprehension and retention.
  • Conduct highly interactive and dynamic training sessions focused on improving trainees' verbal English communication.
  • Provide constructive, actionable, and real-time feedback on trainees' language proficiency, pronunciation, grammar, and overall communication effectiveness.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in training or English language training in an academy or institution.
  • Native-level or near-native fluency in English with exceptional verbal communication skills and a clear, neutral, or American accent.
