The Role

The Role: We need a strategic and creative Social Media Marketing Specialist to own our presence on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and TikTok. You will be responsible for developing and executing data-driven campaigns that generate excitement, capture high-quality leads, and sell properties. You are equal parts strategist, creator, and community manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy focused on Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok to achieve brand awareness and lead generation goals.
  • Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video, stories, reels, copy).
  • Write captivating, on-brand copy that speaks to our target audience of buyers and investors.
  • Manage the day-to-day handling of all social media channels, including community engagement, responding to comments and DMs, and fostering a positive community.
  • Plan and execute paid social advertising campaigns on Meta and TikTok, including budget management, audience targeting, and A/B testing.
  • Analyze key metrics and provide regular reports on campaign performance, using data to refine strategy and prove ROI.
  • Stay ahead of the latest social media trends, tools, and algorithm changes, especially in the short-form video space.
What We\'re Looking For (Requirements)
  • Proven experience managing social media accounts for a brand, with a focus on Meta Business Suite and TikTok for Business.
  • Proven experience running paid social media ad campaigns and familiarity with pixels, conversion tracking, and ROAS.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
  • A deep understanding of what performs well on each platform and why.
  • Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and building brands online.
  • Highly organised and able to manage a content calendar effectively.
Bonus Points If You Have
  • Experience marketing real estate, luxury goods, or high-consideration products.
  • Experience with social media management tools like Later, Sprout Social, or Hootsuite.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs25,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
