About Client Company: Hiring for a UAE-based leading media and entertainment firm.

Responsibilities:
  1. Financial Reporting & Analysis:
  • Prepare and deliver comprehensive weekly and monthly financial reports to management.
  • Ensure reports are accurate, consistent, and timely.
  • Gather financial and operational data from all Business Units (BUs).
  • Consolidate data from multiple BUs for management review.
  • Own the reporting pack, including preparation, analysis, and presentation.
  • Maintain schedules and documentation for Profit & Loss (P&L) items.
  • Analyze finance functions to identify trends and variances.
  • Address regional finance concerns with solutions.
  • Highlight major financial issues or anomalies for management.
  • Identify and communicate financial and operational risks.
Budgeting & Forecasting:
  • Conduct weekly financial projections with relevant teams.
  • Review project budgets, grants, and contracts for alignment.
  • Monitor and enforce budget controls.
  • Review Business Development plans for feasibility and financial alignment.
Cash Flow & Working Capital Management:
  • Assist with cash flow management and provide recommendations.
  • Maintain records of cash flow and working capital requirements.
  • Track cash flow activities and escalate issues.
Ad Hoc Responsibilities:
  • Support additional tasks or projects as assigned.
  • Maintain flexibility to support evolving business needs.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • 3+ years of experience.
  • Deadline-oriented with multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in valuation methods, including DCF.
  • Experienced in PowerPoint, Excel (financial models, dashboards), and Visio.
  • Skilled in reporting templates and performance tracking tools.
  • Knowledge of AI insights and statistical analysis.
  • Strong understanding of finance, sales, operations, and strategic planning.
  • High computer literacy and technology integration skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, fluent in English.

  • Location: Islamabad
  • Working Days: Monday - Friday
