Order Directly is looking for an HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes.

List of Activities:

  1. Recruitment
  2. Post jobs for open positions
  3. Shortlist candidates
  4. Establish communication, schedule and conduct interviews with the department heads
  5. Complete hiring and onboarding process for new employees
  6. Keep recruitment active throughout the year
  7. HR Documents
  8. Collecting and Maintaining Employee Personal Data/Documents
  9. Maintain company HR documents
  10. Updating templates for company HR documents as needed
  11. Enforcing Company HR Policies
  12. Processing leaves and PTO's
  13. Monitoring daily attendance and company clock-in, clock-out system
  14. Execute employee terminations/resignations and conduct exit Interviews
  15. Maintain and execute employee growth plan
  16. Payroll
  17. Maintain payroll setup and policies
  18. Processing payroll data for all employees
  19. Reconcile attendance, leaves, bonuses, commissions, advance/loans
  20. Maintain provident, gratuity and other funds

General Responsibilities

  1. Weekly reports on employee status to management
  2. Monthly reports on HR related changes, activities to the executive team
  3. Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
  4. Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
  5. Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
  6. Analyzes wage and salary reports and data to determine competitive compensation plan
  7. Nurture a positive working environment
  8. Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
Job Specification

Required Skills

  1. Degree in Human Resources or related field
  2. Proven working experience as HR Manager or other HR Executive
  3. People oriented and results driven
  4. Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics
  5. Knowledge of HR systems and databases
  6. Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
  7. In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
