As the Manager of Project & Contract Management at Interwood Mobel, you will take on a critical role overseeing project scopes, contractual obligations, and ensuring that all operations align with corporate standards and client expectations. This position demands a leader with extensive experience in International Contract & large-scale projects Management, demonstrated negotiation skills, and an ability to collaborate across various teams to drive project success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the end-to-end project management process, from initiation through scheduling, budgeting, execution, and closure while ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
  • Manage contract negotiations, develop contract documentation, and ensure compliance with legal requirements, company policies, and client specifications.
  • Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with clients, architects, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project deliverables are met effectively.
  • Analyze project performance metrics and prepare regular reports for internal stakeholders and clients, highlighting progress, risks, and solutions.
  • Identify project risks and issues proactively and implement mitigation strategies to avoid potential delays and budget overruns.
  • Oversee change management processes, deviations, and scope changes, documenting impacts on contracts and project plans.
  • Mentor and train project coordinators and junior staff to enhance team performance and organizational knowledge.
    • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
    • 10+ years of experience in project and contract management, with a focus on the furniture or construction industries.
    • Proven track record of managing large projects successfully, including budget management and timeline adherence.
    • Extensive knowledge of contract law, project management methodologies (PMI, PRINCE2), and construction practices.
    • Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills to effectively manage stakeholders and client relationships.
    • Proficiency in project management tools (such as MS Project, Primavera) and MS Office Suite.
