Job Title: Project Manager

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of software development projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management methodologies, excellent communication skills, and experience in managing cross-functional teams to ensure that projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives.
  • Create and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, QA, designers, and stakeholders.
  • Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to meet deadlines.
  • Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential risks, and devise contingency plans.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the project lifecycle.
  • Conduct regular status meetings and provide transparent updates to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure quality standards are met and that final deliverables align with client expectations.
  • Facilitate retrospectives and implement process improvements for future projects.
  • Utilize project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or Trello to track and report on project health.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • 3–6 years of experience in project management within the software or IT industry.
  • Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Asana, MS Project).
  • PMP, Scrum Master (CSM), or similar certification is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with SDLC and software development practices.
  • Experience working with remote or distributed teams.
  • Understanding of UI/UX workflows and QA processes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
