Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Rawalpindi for a Sales Specialist. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for managing sales processes, building and maintaining client relationships, providing excellent customer service, and supporting sales management efforts. Additionally, the role involves conducting training sessions to improve team performance and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Proven Sales experience and ability to drive sales targets
  • Experience in Sales Management and training sales teams
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
  • Experience in the telecommunications industry is a plus
