Position Overview
Veclar Technologies is actively seeking a driven and results-orientedSales Specialistto join our growing team. This role centers around B2B sales within the real estate industry and involves working exclusively withwarm, pre-qualified leads—no cold calling required.
You will play a key role in understanding client needs and recommending tailored digital solutions that add real value. If you thrive in a consultative sales environment and are passionate about building meaningful client relationships, we'd love to connect with you.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with potential clients via phone, email, and SMS
- Assess client challenges and propose appropriate digital solutions
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships for sustained growth
- Achieve and exceed individual and team-based sales targets
- Log all client interactions and sales activities accurately in CRM systems
- Share client feedback and industry trends with internal teams to enhance service offerings
- Stay up to date on real estate trends and digital innovations to identify new sales opportunities

Qualifications
- 6 months to 2 years of relevant experience in sales (preferably in BPO/call center as a Closer)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Familiarity with CRM tools and B2B sales processes is an advantage
- Highly motivated, goal-driven, and a strong team player
- Willingness to work night shifts according to U.S./Canada time zones
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
