Backend Developer – Encosoft Technologies

Encosoft Technologies is looking for a passionate and skilled Backend Developer to become part of our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex problems, writing clean and efficient code, and building scalable backend systems that power modern web and mobile applications.

Key Responsibilities


• Design, develop, and maintain backend systems using Python (Django framework).


• Build, optimize, and manage databases with MySQL and MongoDB.


• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and ensure smooth integration with frontend and mobile apps.


• Collaborate with frontend developers (Angular, React, etc.) and other team members to deliver complete solutions.


• Write clean, reusable, and testable code following best practices.


• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems for better performance.


• Ensure application security, scalability, and performance optimization.

Requirements


• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in backend development.


• Strong expertise in Python Django.


• Proficiency in working with both MySQL and MongoDB databases.


• Good understanding of API design, microservices, and backend architecture.


• Familiarity with cloud hosting platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure, or others) is a plus.


• Experience with Angular (or any modern frontend framework) is a big plus.


• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as well as in a team.
