Job Title: Human Resources Business Partner

This is a challenging and varied role that combines business partnering skills with strategic HR projects.

The successful candidate will have experience in leading projects end-to-end, ideally within a high-volume manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing guidance and input on workforce planning, succession planning, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Leading key cyclical people processes, including annual pay reviews, performance management, and talent development forums.
  • Supporting the talent agenda by pipelining internally and externally, preparing and running high-quality talent forums.
  • Generating meaningful data insights and identifying HR solutions to business problems.
  • Extending support on capability and ER agendas across the region.

Requirements for this role include:

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably within a high-volume manufacturing or similar environment.
  • Strong knowledge of organisational development, talent management, business partnering, performance management, and reward.
  • Relevant project management skills with the ability to successfully lead and deliver complex projects within a matrix organisation.
  • Comfortable working autonomously and dealing with ambiguity.
