Skills

· Excellent Communication and interpersonal Skills.

· Ability to structure Operational teams considering Guidelines from Project management Institute.

· Highly proficient in MS office suite.

· Working Experience in Primavera/MS Project for documentation of project plans.

· Strong organizational/time management skills · Strong leadership & strategic management skills

· Conversant with best practices in Business Management, Client relations, Business Development, Client onboarding, Structuring of goals and KPI's

· Strong working knowledge of SLA's and industry standards for sales and service accounts

Duration and Nature of Previous Experience

· 12+ years of related Experience in Business Development, Sales and Services.
