About the Project:

Alliance Pakistan is launching an exciting new tech networking series, bringing together Pakistan's top tech leaders — founders, CIOs, CTOs, and decision-makers — for collaboration, conversations, and innovation. Our vision is to grow this series into an internationally recognized event that rivals benchmarks like Gitex. We are looking for a passionate and driven Assistant Director to join our team and co-pilot this impactful project. This is a leadership-track opportunity for someone passionate about innovation, tech, and high-level networking.

This is more than just a support role. You'll play a vital role in shaping a new platform for Pakistan's tech ecosystem. Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Support: Assist in developing and implementing the event strategy.
  • Speaker & VIP Coordination: Work closely with invited guests, ensuring a premium experience.
  • On-Ground Operations: Manage event logistics and guest experience on the event day.
  • Moderation & Public Engagement: Represent the event in panel sessions or during digital promotions (if comfortable).
  • Sponsorship & Partnerships: Lead outreach to potential sponsors and partners.
  • Volunteer Coordination: Option to build and lead a small support team.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Passionate about tech, entrepreneurship, or innovation.
  • Confident and comfortable engaging with C-level professionals.
  • Organized, proactive, and able to take on high-responsibility tasks.
  • Exposure to international tech/media ecosystems (preferred but not required).
  • A strong desire to contribute to shaping Pakistan's tech ecosystem.

Compensation & Benefits:

This is currently an unpaid role, but we're transparent about the potential for future compensation based on sponsorships, potentially leading to a full-time, paid job.
