As part of our continued expansion, we're looking for a talented Digital Marketing Specialist to join our Performance Marketing Team and take the lead in campaign execution, optimization, and client success.

Role Overview

The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for leading end-to-end execution of paid advertising, email marketing, and digital funnel performance initiatives. You'll play a critical role in driving measurable growth across various client accounts and campaigns, while collaborating with our in-house creative, development, and strategic teams.

This is a fast-paced, execution-oriented role suited for a strategic thinker with hands-on technical know-how and an ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities

Paid Media Campaign Management

  • Strategize, set up, and manage paid advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Monitor campaign performance daily and adjust bids, audiences, creatives, and placements for maximum ROI.
  • Develop and execute retargeting and lookalike strategies to nurture leads and maximize lifetime value.
  • Collaborate with the content and creative teams to generate ad variations for split testing and engagement optimization.

Funnel & Landing Page Optimization

  • Work closely with our design and development team to build and optimize landing pages, squeeze pages, and funnel structures.
  • Execute A/B testing on pages, headlines, CTAs, and forms to improve conversion rates across channels.
  • Monitor heatmaps, scroll behavior, and bounce rates to suggest UX improvements.

Email Marketing & Automation

  • Design and implement high-performing email flows using platforms like Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or GoHighLevel.
  • Build welcome series, post-purchase flows, and re-engagement campaigns based on user behavior.
  • Execute segmentation strategies and lead scoring systems to personalize and enhance engagement.
  • Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, CTAs, and email content to improve open and click-through rates.

Client Communication & Reporting

  • Lead monthly or bi-weekly check-ins with clients to present progress, insights, and recommendations.
  • Provide detailed campaign performance reports using Google Data Studio, Looker, or internal tools.
  • Set and manage client expectations around KPIs, timelines, and deliverables.

Support for SEO & Analytics

  • Assist in keyword planning and SEO content direction where necessary.
  • Use tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Google Analytics 4 to support broader visibility strategies.
  • Track UTM performance, monitor goal conversions, and support accurate source attribution.

Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience managing paid campaigns on Meta, Google Ads, and LinkedIn.
  • Demonstrated success with full-funnel marketing strategies and conversion optimization.
  • Proficiency in at least one email marketing or CRM platform (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, GoHighLevel, HubSpot, etc.).
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Working knowledge of landing page builders (e.g., ClickFunnels, Unbounce, WordPress).
  • Familiarity with SEO fundamentals and web analytics tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, especially in client-facing environments.
  • Highly organized, deadline-oriented, and self-motivated.

Preferred (Nice-to-Have) Skills

  • Experience with conversion rate optimization (CRO) tools like Hotjar or Crazy Egg.
  • Familiarity with GoHighLevel workflows and automation tools.
  • Basic design skills using Canva, Figma, or Adobe XD.
  • Ability to write compelling ad copy and email content when needed.
