• Automation Strategy: Identify and prioritize automation opportunities across multiple concurrent projects, focusing on high-impact, low-effort wins that accelerate delivery timelines.
• AI Integration: Implement and integrate AI tools and APIs (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, etc.) into existing workflows to automate code generation, testing, documentation, and deployment processes.
• Rapid Prototyping: Build and deploy AI-powered tools, scripts, and micro-services that solve specific project bottlenecks within days, not weeks.
• Workflow Optimization: Design and implement automated pipelines for common development tasks including code review, testing, database migrations, and deployment processes.
• Tool Development: Create custom AI-powered tools using NestJS, Python, Node.js, and relevant frameworks to automate repetitive tasks across projects.
• Cross-Project Support: Work across multiple concurrent projects to implement standardized automation solutions that can be reused and scaled.
• Performance Monitoring: Set up automated monitoring and alerting systems for AI tools and automation processes to ensure reliability.
• Team Enablement: Train team members on AI tools and automation processes, creating documentation and best practices for sustainable adoption.

• Startup Experience: 3+ years of hands-on experience in fast-paced startup environments with demonstrated ability to wear multiple hats and adapt quickly.
• AI/ML Expertise: Strong experience with AI APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google AI), prompt engineering, and implementing AI solutions in production environments.
• Programming Skills: Proficiency in Python, JavaScript/Node.js, and shell scripting with experience in rapid development and deployment.
• Automation Tools: Experience with automation frameworks, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, or DigitalOcean).
• Database Knowledge: Working knowledge of PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or similar databases for building data-driven automation solutions.
• API Integration: Proven track record of integrating multiple third-party APIs and services quickly and efficiently.
• Problem-Solving: Exceptional ability to identify manual processes that can be automated and implement solutions within tight timelines.
• Communication: Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical team members in a fast-moving environment.

• Experience with no-code/low-code automation platforms (Zapier, Make, n8n)
• Knowledge of modern web frameworks (React, Next.js, FastAPI)
• Familiarity with vector databases and embeddings
• Experience with business process automation
