We are expanding our team and looking for a HR Generalist to support us in Pakistan.

Responsibilities:
  1. Payroll
    • Provide accurate updates regarding employee files, bonus/incentive pay, vacation/sick pay, expense reimbursements, and benefits changes.
    • Understand complex labor and tax requirements (brackets, contributions, etc.).
    • Handle manual payroll collection, input, and processing.
    • Coordinate with finance and other departments for smooth payroll processing.
    • Address employee inquiries regarding payroll, benefits, and HR policies, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
    • Inform stakeholders of changes in labor laws, tax regulations, and social security contributions.
  2. Employee Relations
    • Manage onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a positive employee experience and compliance.
    • Draft employment contracts and ensure timely signatures during employment and termination processes.
    • Assist departing employees with employment details and policies.
    • Prepare documents such as salary certificates and travel NOCs as requested.
  3. Compliance
    • Develop, communicate, and enforce compliance policies and processes.
    • Conduct audits to review HR processes and records for non-compliance issues.
  4. Insurance
    • Coordinate with insurance brokers to ensure coverage for new legal entities and insured employees/dependents.
    • Work with stakeholders like C&B, HRBPs, Legal for information sharing and record management.
    • Maintain accurate and confidential HR records to ensure data integrity.
    • Perform other duties as needed to meet business requirements.
Requirements and Skills:
  • Fluency in English and Urdu.
  • Strong knowledge of Pakistan labor legislation.
  • Great attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-solving aptitude.
  • Team-oriented with a results-driven approach.
  • Proficiency in Excel and calculations.
