Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager, located in Rawalpindi, Pakistan. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include road running, conducting market research, identifying potential customers, preparing sales reports, negotiating contracts, and coordinating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction. The Sales Manager will also oversee and mentor junior sales staff, and provide regular training to ensure the team meets their objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with experience in developing and implementing sales strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building and maintaining client relationships
- Ability to conduct market research and identify potential customers
- Proficiency in preparing sales reports and coordinating with other departments
- Leadership skills for overseeing and mentoring junior sales staff
- 2 years minimum experience in the renewable energy sector is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Fluency in English and Urdu
