Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Manager Sales – Health and Fitness Club to join our Sales Department. Reporting directly to the Club Manager, this full-time role is based at our Safa Fitness Club location in Islamabad. The Manager Sales will play a pivotal role in driving membership growth, promoting our club facilities, and achieving revenue targets. This position demands a passionate leader with strong sales expertise, excellent communication skills, and a deep enthusiasm for health and wellness. You will develop innovative sales strategies to attract new members, retain loyal ones, and maximize profitability, while also spearheading corporate partnerships and team development to ensure sustained success.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead membership sales efforts, including promoting club facilities and converting walk-in customers into loyal members through exceptional customer experiences.

- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to attract new members, retain existing ones, and achieve or exceed revenue targets.

- Create and execute targeted corporate sales initiatives to secure partnerships, group memberships, and corporate wellness programs, expanding the club's reach and revenue streams.

- Identify, recruit, develop, and train high-performing ("A-player") team members, while implementing continuous upskilling programs to build a high-performance culture.

- Utilize data-driven insights for strategic decision-making, problem-solving, and optimizing sales processes.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, networks, and stakeholders through persuasive communication, presentations, and networking.

- Manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing priorities with resilience in a fast-paced environment.

- Oversee CRM software usage, along with tools like Google Docs and Microsoft Office Suite, to track performance and report on sales metrics.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

- Proven experience (5+ years) in sales management, preferably within the health, fitness, or hospitality industry.

- Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

- Proficiency in CRM software, Google Docs, and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Genuine passion for health, fitness, and wellness.

- High level of energy, enthusiasm, and a customer-focused mindset.
