IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL

Serve as a strategic partner to the business by embedding the People & Organization strategy and delivering expert HR support. The role aims to drive business growth by aligning people practices with organizational goals and enhancing workforce capabilities.

HOW CAN YOU EXPRESS YOUR TALENT

  • Collaborate with business leaders to identify and develop organizational capabilities, behaviors, structures, and processes aligned with the business strategy.
  • Support line managers in talent forecasting and workforce planning to meet current and future business needs.
  • Facilitate employee development by enabling leadership to provide meaningful learning and growth opportunities.
  • Drive a high-performance, coaching-led culture across the organization aligned with strategic leadership objectives.
  • Lead and manage key HR projects, such as performance and talent reviews, employee engagement campaigns, and cross-functional initiatives.
  • Oversee the entire employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, rewards, recognition, retention, performance management, engagement, and wellbeing.
  • Ensure a consistent, impactful employee experience that supports business growth and organizational success.

Qualification

  • Bachelors/Master is relevant domain.
