Job Description: As a Solar Sales Manager, you will play a key role in driving our sales efforts and expanding our market presence in the solar energy industry. You will lead a team of sales representatives, develop strategic sales plans, and oversee the execution of these plans to achieve sales targets. This position requires strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of solar energy solutions, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and partners.
Job SpecificationResponsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of solar sales representatives, providing guidance, coaching, and support to achieve individual and team sales goals.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the customer base and increase revenue in residential, commercial, and community solar markets.
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders to promote our solar products and services.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, and finance teams to optimize sales processes, pricing strategies, and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and budgets to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
